EUDR software for exporters

Exporting to Europe?Without EUDR compliance, you lose market access.

Coolx gets you ready before it's too late, whether you export from Latin America, Africa or Asia.

The EUDR will be mandatory from December 2026. Preparing now is the only way not to lose sales in Europe.

The risk you face

From December 2026, your European buyers will be legally required to verify that your products are not linked to deforestation. If you can't demonstrate compliance, they won't be able to buy from you — and they'll find another supplier.

Losing all European revenue overnight

Losing trusted European clients you've built over years

Falling behind competitors who are already preparing

Deforestation analyses done incorrectly, causing your lot to be rejected

What will your European buyer ask you for?

The legal obligation sits with the importer: they are the one filing the due diligence statement. But they cannot do it without your data. If you do not deliver it complete and on time, they cannot buy from you, whatever country you export from.

01

Geolocation of every farm

The coordinates of every plot of origin, and the full polygon if it is larger than 4 hectares.

With Coolx: you upload them in any format or draw them on the map, and we validate them one by one.

02

Evidence of no deforestation

That no deforestation has taken place on those farms since 31 December 2020.

With Coolx: satellite analysis of every farm, with the evidence included in the report.

03

Lot-by-lot traceability

Which farms each lot comes from, with volumes and dates, from farm to container.

With Coolx: every shipment is automatically linked to its farms and documents.

04

Legal documentation of your country

Land use rights, permits and registrations required by the law of the country of origin.

With Coolx: we tell you which documents apply in your country and keep them organised by farm.

05

Social and labour compliance

That production respects labour and community rights, in a verifiable way.

With Coolx: it is part of the risk analysis and the guided mitigation plan.

All of this comes out as a report in Spanish or English, ready for your buyer.

If your client already uses Coolx, they give you access to a simple portal that tells you what to upload and how, but without visibility of your risks. If you want your own traceability and risk analysis system, that is the exporter version.

Frequently asked questions

What do I have to deliver to my European buyer to comply with the EUDR?
Five things: the geolocation of every farm of origin (a polygon if larger than 4 hectares), evidence that no deforestation has taken place on them since 31 December 2020, traceability of each lot from farm to container, the legal documentation of your country (land use rights, permits and registrations) and social and labour compliance. Coolx prepares all five and delivers them in a report in Spanish or English, ready for your buyer.

Is Coolx only for exporters in Latin America?
No. Coolx works with exporters from any origin: Latin America, Africa or Asia. The platform is available in Spanish and English, with German, Chinese and other languages available, and support is provided in Spanish or English. Coffee and cocoa exporters in Colombia, Peru, Honduras or Nicaragua are the most common example, not the limit.
My European client already uses Coolx. Do I need to buy it too?
No. If your client already uses Coolx, they give you access to a simple portal where you see exactly what information they need and how to upload it, step by step. That solves the process with that client, but it does not give you visibility of your own risks. If you want your own traceability and risk analysis system, with satellite analysis of your farms and reports for any buyer, you need the exporter version.
What is the EUDR and how does it affect exporters?
The EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) requires European importers to prove their products do not come from land deforested after December 2020. As an exporter, you don't face direct sanctions, but your European buyer does: fines whose maximum amount is at least 4% of their annual EU turnover. If you can't provide the required documentation, they'll find another supplier who can.
Do I need software to comply with the EUDR?
It's not legally required, but the volume of data the EUDR demands — plot geolocations, satellite imagery analysis, traceability documents — makes manual management practically unfeasible. Coolx automates the entire process and generates reports ready for your European buyer.

What geolocation data does the EUDR require from exporters?
The EUDR requires the geographic coordinates of all production plots. For plots larger than 4 hectares, the full perimeter polygon is required. Coolx accepts any format (GPX, KML, GeoJSON, Shapefile, Excel) and also allows you to draw plots directly on the map.
When does the EUDR come into effect?
30 December 2026 for large and medium-sized companies, and 30 June 2027 only for micro and small enterprises established as such before 31 December 2024. Note that medium-sized companies do NOT get the extension. On top of that, the preparation process — geolocating plots, gathering documentation, analyzing deforestation — takes months. That's why it's best to start as soon as possible.
What happens if I don't comply with the EUDR?
Your European buyer will not be able to import your products. The EUDR prohibits the import of commodities linked to deforestation after December 2020. Without compliance, you will lose access to the European market.
How long does the compliance process take?
It depends on the number of plots and available documentation. The average is between 6 and 8 months to complete the full process. With Coolx, every step is guided and optimized so you don't waste time.
What geolocation formats do you accept?
We accept GPX, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, Shapefile and Excel with coordinates. You can also draw directly on the map in our platform.
Is Coolx just software or does it include support?
Coolx includes human support for 12 months. Our team of experts guides you through every step of the compliance process — we don't leave you alone with the platform.
What commodities does the EUDR cover?
The EUDR covers coffee, cocoa, soy, palm oil, rubber, timber and cattle, as well as their derived products (chocolate, furniture, leather, etc.).
Can I manage multiple European clients from Coolx?
Yes. Coolx allows you to manage multiple commercial relationships from a single dashboard, generating customized reports for each buyer.
